Absolutely. As this is a private tour, we can adjust the time spent at each location or swap stops based on your preferences.
Sri Lanka is a year-round destination, but it depends on the coast. For the West/South coast and Hill Country, the best time is December to March. For the East coast, the best time is May to September.
Most websites recommend 10 to 14 days to cover the “Cultural Triangle,” the Hill Country (Ella/Nuwara Eliya), and the southern beaches.
Poya occurs every full moon and is a public holiday. On these days, no alcohol is sold or served in public places (including hotels), and some shops may be closed.
You can take photos of the statues, but it is considered highly disrespectful to pose with your back turned to a Buddha statue (e.g., for a selfie). Always face the statue or take photos of it from a distance.
